Boo...I'm back in Ithaca and it's cold...

I am so incredibly happy to have seen (nearly) all of my Cali friends again. I promise that it won't be another four years until we see each other. I really am very lucky to have friends like all of you. To think - we only knew each other for two years before I moved, yet we still keep in touch and we hit it off just like old times after not seeing each other in four, sometimes six, years. This winter break was the best break I've had (sorry, Thanksgiving just got knocked down to second). Thanks S-ting and Will for housing and bearing with me for so long! I couldn't have done it without you (sounds like an academy award speech...that's coming soon!). It was so sad seeing everyone go back to school one by one...I promise I'll try to visit everyone if you try to come to New York! (OK...there could be better places to visit that are, oh say, warmer...but come now, a little cold never did anybody any harm (tell that to the mastadons frozen in ice...). And...ok...I guess I'll try to visit even if you guys can't! :p :p). It was great getting to meet new people (Ann, Michael, Ed, Alvin, Gene...). I miss everyone already... The day I left Saratoga was sort of sad...I don't know how long it will be before I see it again... :(. Same when I left Portola Valley. I mean - I promise that I'll see people, but that may not necessarily mean I'll see you guys in Toga or PV. But, I can promise you this (if I may borrow words from the Governator himself):
